DESCRIPTION:Spring Break Half-Day Art Camp\nMonday\, March 13 – Friday\, March 17 | 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.\nMembers: $170 | Non-Members: $195\nCamp I: Ages 5 – 8 | Camp II: Ages 9 – 13\n\nExplore the Museum’s exhibitions as you travel through the galleries and create your own masterpieces. Discover elements of art (color\, line\, shape and texture) in portraits\, still life\, landscapes and much more! \nThe Education Department will provide structure\, fun and friends in a safe\, stimulating environment. Museum gallery visits are included for inspiration. All materials are provided for the children’s camps. All New Projects! Space is limited to 10 students. Fee covers date listed with each camp. \nStudents will need to bring a morning snack and drink. Please no nut products. \nExplore many different areas of the Museum through gallery visits of exhibitions and the Stender Family Interactive Education Galleries – ART LAB and A Walk Through Time.

DESCRIPTION:$5 After 5 with the Prevailing Winds Flute Ensemble\nThursdays | 5 p.m. – 8 p.m.\nMembers: Free | Non-Members: $5\nEnjoy $5 admission on Thursdays from 5 p.m. – 8 p.m. at the Huntsville Museum of Art. Explore the Museum’s latest exhibitions or visit favorites from the Museum collection during this after-hours event. Wine service has returned. Guests aged 21+ will be able to purchase a glass of wine from the Church Street Wine Shoppe for $7. At 6 p.m.\, the Prevailing Winds Flute Ensemble will perform in the galleries. \nAbout the Prevailing Winds Flute Ensemble: \nPrevailing Winds is a community flute choir from the Huntsville-Madison-TN-Valley area. They perform using all the members of the flute family: piccolo\, flute\, alto flute\, bass flute\, and contra-bass flute (the only one in Huntsville!). Their community group has been together for over 15 years. They are an inclusive\, all-volunteer organization\, performing locally for public events as well as for paid private events. Their members range from college students to retirees\, and include student musicians as well as professionals.
