Mixed Media – Ages 5-8\nSeptember 19\, 26\, October 10\, 17\, 24\, 31 (6 Tuesdays) | 10:30 a.m. – 12 p.m.\n$95 Members | $135 Non-Members\nAnna Sue Courtney\nRegister here! \nNow in its 28th year\, the art program introduces different media and techniques (clay\, graphite\, colored pencil\, marker\, and pastel) – into the homeschool curriculum. We’ll take Museum gallery visits to be inspired by different works of art – still life and landscapes as related to exhibitions. Winter Ceramics Session for Homeschooled classes will be offered in January and February 2024. \nSpace is limited to 12 students per class. The Education department will provide structure\, fun\, and friends in a safe\, stimulating environment. Museum gallery visits included for inspiration. All materials are provided for the children’s classes. All New Projects!

It’s often used as a “warm up” for a bigger\, more detailed painting\, but it’s also a great practice for any on-the-go artist. This small-scale\, loose sketching approach is all about quick observation and capturing what you see on paper. If you have taken a prior watercolor painting class with Jennifer\, please bring your supplies. If you have not taken a prior watercolor painting class with Jennifer\, you will need to select registration with material fee. Space is limited to 10 students.
