DESCRIPTION:Girl Scout Art Museum Day \nCreativity & Imagination: Storytelling through Art! \nSaturday\, November 16\, 2024 \n  \nGirl Scouts can earn art badges by participating in hands-on activities on this fun day. Learn about the visual arts while earning a Badge or Patch— \nDaisy: Art & Design Badge \nBrownie: Art & Design Badge \nJunior: Art and Design Badge \nCadette: Art Museum Visit Fun Patch. \nEach two-hour session includes a docent-led tour and a mixed media work of art using drawing and painting techniques inspired by the glass artwork in the Clearly Indigenous: Native Visions Reimagined in Glass exhibition. \nGirl Scouts learn about the elements of art – color\, line\, shape\, and texture while they are developing their own artistic vision. Media include pencil\, watercolor and other materials for embellishment. Materials provided. \nQuestions?
