DESCRIPTION:Artsy Tots! Ages 2-3\nRegistration is required.\n\nThe program introduces toddlers between the ages of 2 and 3 to art and to the Museum through artful short stories\, gallery play activities\, and an art activity. The program helps with color recognition\, fine motor skills\, hand-eye coordination and more!\n\nArtsy Tots classes are on a Friday once a month from 10:00 to 10:45 a.m. and 11:00-11:45 a.m. The program will be held in the Stender Family Interactive Education Galleries.\n\n$8 members/$10 non-members per registration of one child and parent/$4 additional child.\nFees are non-refundable. Registration is transferable to another session.\n\nThe class size is limited to 10 children\, and registration is required. Each class will have a unique theme. Dress for a mess!\n\nQuestions? By day an account manager in the tech world\, Gary Smith studied clarinet with Dr. Bill Bigham and has played clarinet and saxophone in a number of ensembles. George Smith has studied bassoon with Dr. John Jinright while at Troy University\, and is working with the Alabama Department of Revenue while also completing a Masters of Accountancy! Their community group has been together for over 15 years now\, we’re an inclusive all volunteer organization\, and perform locally for public events as well as for paid private events. Our members range from college students to retirees and include students as well as many professional musicians.

Self taught\, he has shared 45 years of music all across the United States and\, via the internet\, the entire world. He is a retired teacher from Huntsville City Schools (32 years)\, now full-time musician. He performs regularly at Bridgestreet Town Centre\, Dragon’s Forge Cafe in Lowe Mill\, Harrison Brothers Hardware\, Freight House Restaurant in Hartselle\, and numerous other locations\, weddings\, and events. His repertoire ranges from Bach to the Beatles and Debussey to Disney! Steven is married to his lovely wife Stephanie. They have two grown children and are enjoying the empty-nest years!
