DESCRIPTION:Still Life Oil Painting \nQiang Huang \nSkill Level: Beginner to Advanced \nThursday-Saturday\, June 11-13\, 2026\n9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.\n$500 members/$550 non-members \n  \nQiang’s approach to still life painting will be demonstrated with particular focus on creating dramatic set ups by observing the light distribution\, and using bold and loose strokes to create a powerful and accurate representation on canvas. \nUsing demonstrations and individual assistance\, Qiang will explain his process of creating energetic paintings by manipulating values\, colors\, edges\, and brushwork. Personal attention will be given to each student according to his or her current skill level and personal goals in art. SUMMARY:Artsy Tots!: Torn Paper Butterflies
DESCRIPTION:Artsy Tots introduces toddlers ages 2-3 to art and the Museum through artful short stories\, gallery play activities\, and an art activity. The program helps with color recognition\, fine motor skills\, hand-eye coordination\, and more! \nArtsy Tots classes are held once a month on Friday from 10-10:45 am and 11-11:45 am. The program will be held in the Stender Family Interactive Education Galleries. \n$8 for museum members | $10 for non-members per registration of one child and parent.\n$4 for each additional child. Fees are non-refundable. Registration is transferable to another session.
