Happy wedding week to Emma and Daniel! As part of our countdown to their special day, we are sharing their story.
The first spark:
How did you meet?
Emma and Daniel met in the fall of 2015 at Providence College in Rhode Island. They both worked on campus at Academic Media Services, setting up audiovisual equipment for classrooms and events. The two became close friends once Daniel had graduated, and began dating in the winter of 2018 during Emma’s senior year.
The adventure begins:
How did the proposal happen?
Daniel proposed to Emma on the beach in Seaside, Florida, Emma’s “home away from home.” The couple went for a walk on the beach at sunset and Daniel asked a passerby to take a picture of them. Daniel then knelt in the surf and proposed.
Plans are made:
Why did you choose the Huntsville Museum of Art for your wedding event?
On one of Daniel’s first trips to Huntsville, the pair went on a date to the Huntsville Museum of Art and greatly enjoyed walking through the beautiful art galleries. They both love the fact that their guests will get to enjoy the same experience during the reception accompanied by a wonderful view of Big Spring Park!
A moment to last a lifetime:
What are you most looking forward to about your wedding?
Emma and Daniel are most looking forward to participating in the beautiful celebration of the Mass at St. Mary of the Visitation. They both feel very blessed to be able to share this moment with their friends and families.
