Leigh Gallagher is an Assistant Managing Editor at Fortune, where she writes and edits feature stories, helps steer the brand’s multi-platform editorial coverage, oversees FORTUNE’s “40 Under 40″ rankings and serves as the host of Fortune Live, Fortune.com’s weekly half-hour business show featuring interviews and analysis with key players in business and leadership. Before joining Fortune in 2007, Leigh was a senior editor at SmartMoney and a writer for Forbes. Originally from Media, Pennsylvania, Leigh is a graduate of Cornell University and lives in New York.
