Overview

Safari Hunt: Hunt Slonem presents a vibrant and immersive exploration of the work of contemporary American artist Hunt Slonem, whose exuberant paintings and richly layered interiors have captivated audiences around the world. Known for his distinctive visual language of repeating motifs, luminous color, and playful imagery, Slonem has built a prolific career that seamlessly bridges fine art, design, and decorative environments.

Hunt Slonem has developed an instantly recognizable style centered on recurring images of birds, butterflies, rabbits, and other creatures, rendered through energetic brushwork and richly textured surfaces. These motifs reflect his lifelong fascination with nature, spirituality, and the symbolic meanings animals hold across cultures. Repeated across expansive fields of vibrant color, they create rhythmic compositions that are at once meditative and exuberant, inviting viewers into a world where pattern, repetition, and imagination converge.

Celebrating the beauty of the natural world through color, repetition, and ornament, Safari Hunt: Hunt Slonem offers visitors an opportunity to experience the joyful imagination of one of America’s most distinctive contemporary artists. More than an exhibition, it is an invitation to step inside Slonem’s extraordinary world—one where art, nature, and design exist in vibrant harmony.
