Museum Parking

The Huntsville Museum of Art is implementing a new parking system, effective June 7, 2022. Guest parking will still be free but will require validation.

Guest Parking

The Museum has a parking lot adjacent to the building. Guests park for free during Museum hours by registering through PMC PAY  and entering a validation code from the front desk.

  • Scan the QR code on the parking signs in the Museum lot or text 49WB to 409.405.5080
  • Type in your mobile number
  • Open the text message and click the link
  • Enter your license plate number
  • Head inside the Museum to get a validation code from the front desk
  • Unable to scan the QR code?
    • The front desk has a link to do it manually, but make sure you know your license plate number
  • Going to Pan e Vino before your visit?
    • Follow the instructions for guests, but visit the front desk before heading to the restaurant to buy admission and receive the validation code

Additional metered parking can be found along the street on Church Street, Williams Street and Fountain Row. Download the Passport parking app to pay for public parking meters and locate all public parking lots on the City of Huntsville’s website. Paid parking is also available in the city’s garage under the Truist bank building.

Academy Class Parking

Academy students also park free by registering through Bird Dog Parking. Follow the instructions above and enter the validation code from the Academy instructor.
