Animal Tales Camp: Ages 5 – 7

Come on an adventure through the Museum and explore animals in some of the Museum’s most beloved works of art! Artwork will be inspired by all kind of animals, both real and imagined. Projects include papier-mâché figures, cut paper designs, and roaring masks. Media include markers, water based paint, oil pastel and more. Space is limited to 12 students.
Each student attending a full-day camp will need to bring his/her own lunch and drink. Please not nut products. Students attending a half-day (9 a.m. – 12 p.m.) or full-day camp ( 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.) will need to bring a morning snack and drink. T-shirt included with each art camp fee. Otherwise, a t-shirt purchase option is available for $6 each. T-shirts must be ordered at least two weeks prior to the first class date. Every art camp has exciting hands-on activities including: Games and art making. Explore many different areas of the Museum through gallery visits of exhibitions and the Stender Family Interactive Education Galleries – ART LAB and A Walk Through Time.
