Explore techniques for constructing sculptures with a variety of fun materials while exploring the basic elements of art: color, form, line, shape, space, texture, and value. Proportion and balance will be addressed through the construction process for the purpose of creating unique finished pieces. Build, draw and paint kinetic abstract constructions and fantastical creatures. Media include air-dry clay, foamboard, wood, wire, paint, markers, and other materials for embellishment.
