*Weekday Rate pertains to events that begin no earlier than 8 a.m. and end no later than 4 p.m., from Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays. All other events will qualify for the Evening and Weekend Rate. This is also the rate for Non-profits.
**Evening & Weekend Rate pertains to events that begin no earlier than 8:00 a.m. on Friday, 9:00 a.m. on Saturday and 11:00 a.m. on Sunday and end no later than 11:00 p.m.
Tables and standard chairs are included in the rental fee along with setup and breakdown. Specialty chairs may be rented.
Viewing of the galleries and special exhibitions may be included.
